This show focuses on the intersection between educational research and parental actions. In each weekly solo episode, I go beyond the K12 public education research theories and studies to provide boots on the ground actions that you can take immediately. I illuminate the blind spots that can trip up parents of color as they navigate the complexities of of the K12 public education system while seeking the best educational outcomes for their children. In Season two, I'll continue to untangle the trends and issues in public education that could impact you and your children. I'll circle back on some of the more popular topics including critical race theory, technology in the classroom, and 21st century skills your child will need to be successful in the future workforce as well as other new content.
