A short motivational talk by Knight Konje outlining three ways to achieve goals: (1) trial-and-error (iterative testing and adjustment, illustrated by Thomas Edison), (2) modeling successful people by emulating their methods, and (3) following a proven step-by-step system that produces repeatable results. The speaker emphasizes setting a clear goal, making a plan, taking action, checking results, and iterating or adjusting as needed. Konje introduces his own "K squared 6" success framework and says he will explain it after a break.

Hello. Welcome. Let's just talk about how we can achieve success. How can we achieve success? In order to be successful, the first thing that you need to do is to have a goal. The goal is going to determine your direction of travel. Yeah. So you know where you're going. That's your travel. The next thing that you need to have, you need to have a plan. What are you going to do in order to achieve your goal? So this will be a method that will take you there. And once you have your goal and a plan, the next thing to do is to take the action. So what do you do? You take the action. Once you take that action, you, you check the results. Are you going towards that direction? If you are, keep on. If not, adjust your plan so that you head for your goal. And if something, that something doesn't work, you try again. If that fails, you try again. This process of keeping on trying until you achieve your goal is commonly known as the method of trial and error. What you find is major inventions have been made by using this method of trial and error. Think about Thomas Edison, who invented the light bulb that makes you and I see each other now. That was produced by a process of iteration. You check what works. If it doesn't work, you try again and try again. And Thomas Edison, in order to invent the light bulb, tried more than a thousand times until he, he discovered, or he invented what we use now. So that's the first method you can use to achieve your goal, a method of trial and error. This can take a long time. Of course, the other way you can do it is a process where you look at people who have done it before, who have achieved what you want to achieve and what you do. You just model what they did before. And this can be done by emulating what they did before. You might just study what they did and do it in a similar fashion. So that's the second way, if you think about it. If you do it that way, that might also involve a process of trial and error. In the sense that you look at their method, you implement it. Some of the things might work right away, other things might not. So you have to keep on that process, repeating that process until it works for you. There's a third way of doing it. This is having a step by step process that has been produced by someone who has done it before. And that process has been known to produce repeatable results. And all you have to do is to follow those processes until you achieve your goal. And that said process will save you a lot of time and hassle. Now, we've talked about three methods of achieving your goal. The first is the trial and error method, where you have to keep on trying until you achieve your goal. The second one is where you model. You follow the model of someone who's been successful. And then the third version is where you're given a step by step system or process that you follow, and that takes you to what's your goal. For those who are preparing to move from one level to the next, I've created a system which is the K squared 6 success framework. And this is based on a process that will allow you to. To achieve your goals. I'll explain more about that process after the break. My name is Knight Konje. Thank you for listening. See you later. Thank you.
