Hello, welcome back here. So what I've been doing is auditing some assessment panels and the sort of things that are being looked at in terms of the audit is looking at some consistency between assessment panels. But if you're a student or a candidate who is actually sitting for the final assessment, here are the things that you should watch for. In terms of preparation, the first thing that you have to watch for is the presentation. When making the presentation, make sure that it runs no more than 10 minutes. It shouldn't be too short, it shouldn't be too long, it has to run for approximately 10 minutes. And after the presentation, the panel is going to ask you some questions about the presentation. This should usually take about 10 minutes. And usually two assessors ask you some questions about the presentation. And then when that is over, the panel will ask you some questions about other areas of your experience. So in this case, you will cover your core competencies, which are the main competencies that allow you to do your job. And after that, they look at some mandatory competencies. These are the common competences that are common across the surveying profession. And then towards the end, possibly six, seven minutes towards the end, the chairman is going to ask you some questions about the rics, rules of conduct and professional ethics. He will also ask you some questions on general matters regarding the RICs. And usually the interview comes to an end an hour from the time you have entered the interview room. So in this case, because you're doing it online, the decision now that has been made is that the interview starts the minute you start your presentation and then it ends an hour after that. Okay, thank you for listening.
