And I'll close by sharing just a little story about the NDA and contract reviewer agents. Our CFO retired last Friday after 26 years with the firm. And for much of his tenure, he reviewed our contracts and filtered that pass-through to legal. And there was this moment of realizing just how much knowledge lives with people over the course of their career. And how easy it is for that knowledge to walk out the door. So yes, he created reference guides for contract language, and we created a skill based on that knowledge, but can that really replace the wisdom that someone has accumulate— accumulated over that many years? So with that in mind, In his final week, our absolute rockstar studio manager sat with him and recorded an hour-long deep dive specifically about contracts and NDAs. So now we will use that video transcript as part of the grounding knowledge for our NDA and contract reviewer agents. Years ago, I, I remember creating a slide for a KM presentation I can't remember exactly what it was for, but I remember putting this picture of a brain in a wheelbarrow to represent knowledge walking out the door with someone. And at the time that felt really accurate. But what's different now is that we have these tools and systems that allow us to capture that knowledge in a way that is usable beyond the individual. And that is really the goal, not to replace people, but to make what we know more accessible.
