Hi, this is Koei from Knowledge Architecture. Today, let's pretend we're a new employee at Fusco, opening the browser for the first time to get oriented on the intranet arc. We begin the onboarding process by clicking I'm New here under welcome in the Home Community. I'm greeted by an enthusiastic welcome to Fusco message, a friendly staff photo a and a basic navigation block with custom icons that will provide information on the firm's history, purpose and vision. Your first day will involve reading the Employee Handbook Guide and exploring the firm's Benefits Guide. This page also informs you of your 90 day review and most importantly, how and when you will get paid. The youe First Week page includes a bulleted list of onboarding tasks for you to complete, such as ordering your digital business cards and updating your employee profile, plus two employee blocks showing whom to contact if you have questions about those tasks. What to Expect outlines a few more general guidelines about dress code, firmwide meetings, and the 30 day employee survey you'll be expected to complete in a few weeks. Helpful Resources includes a basic navigation block with links to floor plans, the employee directory in a headshot focused saved global view so you can familiarize yourself with your new co workers, and a link to the ESOP guide since you are an owner now too. The last page shows employee blocks in compact grid layout sectioned by Whom to Contact with Frequently Asked Questions. Fusco's I'm New Here section provides approachable, self guided orientation materials to help new employees familiarize themselves with the firm and easily complete the often cumbersome logistics of starting a new job. Thank you to Fusco for allowing us to share their I'm New Here guide. Please reach out if you have any questions and happy building.
