LPA - Offices

Hi, this is Koei from Knowledge Architecture. Today I'm going to show you LPA's studio pages on their Intranet Interact. The landing page for the LPA Studios can be found under About Us in the Home Community, LPA has four studio locations in California and two in Texas as described in this handy introductory text in the right column. Here we have a smart navigation block in grid layout with medium columns and large custom thumbnails. The smart nav block automatically displays the pages nested directly underneath it in the Content outliner. Below the introduction text are employee blocks displaying key contacts for each of the locations. Let's jump into Irvine. You can see right away that this is a guide with an initial landing page called Irvine Studio Overview. Here we have a single image block aligned to the left with the address and phone numbers aligned to the right. Below the horizontal line we have a description of this awesome LEED Platinum office. And below the next horizontal line we have an employee block displaying key office contacts in compact grid layout with large headshots. The Team Members page displays a smart employee block in list layout with small headshots filtered by office location to show all Irvine employees. The columns include name, title, work phone and the email icon. The seating chart page includes a single document block displaying a PDF with labeled floor plans for each of the three office floors. And then there are guide pages dedicated to the range of conference rooms and collaboration spaces that can be found on each of this location's three floors. The conference room page starts with a table of contents block at the top so you can jump down to a specific room for more information. Each space starts with a basic image block with large columns and extra large images to display a photograph of the space and a floor plan indicating its location. Below the images, specifications for each room are displayed in a two column table with header row hidden, no grid lines and color alternating rows enabled. The LPA Studio section of Interact consolidates all related office information into individual guides by studio so employees can navigate easily to the relevant category of information within a familiar structure.
