The promo calendar still says 30% off, and now you plan the whole quarter of selling at a loss on your desk setup. And it looks like a good quarter the entire time because revenue is fine. Revenue is always fine. That's a trap because you lock in any Q4 discount, check it against today's number, not the one in the wrong.
