The days for anyone who moved production out of China in the last year or two to get away from a tariff. The country you moved to might not be the safe harbor it was sold as. New trade actions this year named Vietnam and India specifically, right alongside China, over excess capacity and forced labor concerns. And I want to be really clear about what this doesn't mean.
