I said in yesterday's video that a 15-minute weekly margin review fixes most alignment problems. Here's the exception I want to be loud about. If you're the one running it, it isn't an alignment mechanism. It's you translating between 2 teams, which is a technician work with a nicer title. You're the interpreter. The interpreters cannot take holidays. The actual test isn't whether the meeting is good when you're in it. It's whether it happens at all the week you're away.
