So simple sort to lists, just Lock Now July and August, initial inventory quantities, freight bookings and rates. Again, if you don't know about freight bookings and rates, you should start asking your freight forwarder or your vendor about this. Warehouse capacity for your 3PL and your promo calendar staffing levels. And why these? Because they get more expensive or literally unavailable the longer you wait. So locking them isn't just about savings and rigidity, it's buying certainty while certainty is cheap. Warehousing, if you haven't experienced this yet, it doesn't matter if your warehouse and 3PL is a huge company or small company. Everyone is trying to fight for space when it's peak season. So the more clients are going to be delayed in making sure the reservation is done, then it will be more chaotic also for the warehouse and 3PL. Do that early planning with them.
