Big Hitters Community

A talk about the Big Hitters Community, a network for ambitious people aiming for the top 1%. The speaker uses the Pareto principle to explain why connecting driven, optimistic peers accelerates growth, and calls for active participation in the group.
Welcome to the big hitter community. This is a community for those who play big and win bigger. It's for the 1 percenters and those on their way, high achievers, game changers, those who refuse to settle for average. You might be interested in this if you want more success, more impact, more knowledge, more breakthroughs in every walk of life. There are, it's the 8020 rule, the Pareto principle. And that principle says that 20% of the people do 80% of the work. It's true. At fire stations, schools, corporations, churches, volunteer agencies, 20% of the people do 80% of the work. And that's never going to change. So the thing is it's out of those 20 percenters that magic can happen because those are the people, they're more fun to be around, they're more energetic. Nobody tells them to do it, it's just the way they are. And those are the people that move up to the 1%. And the thing about the 1 percenters, they continue to improve. 1 percenters, they like to win. I found that out by myself a long time ago. It's like there's a lot of things I could get interested in doing. There's a lot of things that I love to do, but what I really love to do is to win. But you didn't have to be in high school or elementary school, you didn't have to be a professional athlete to learn that winning was better than losing. Once you got that lesson, you learned all you really needed to know about competition. And the thing about winning is once you get a taste of it, you want to keep winning. Everything is more fun at the top. Everything is more fun when you can do it well. And so that's what we've created here. Because the thing is, what we do is we connect. Optimists. You know, the 20 percenters are optimistic. They look for the positive things. They look for ways they can move up, they understand they can improve. And so that's what we've created here. A community where you can get exposed to other like minded people and go through that journey of improving in life and enjoying life together and not be limited by who you happen to know in your town, in your neighborhood, in your office. Because most of us operate in small worlds of people we see over and over. And most of the trouble is if you're a 20% sinner, you're surrounded by 80 percenters and they have a tendency to drag you down. And so what we're create, we created here is a world of, of 20 percenters on the way up, going through the transition year after year, working to have their best year ever so that they can move up and enjoy life 24 hours in the day. You might as well get the most enjoyment out of it. You might as well get the biggest income out of it. You might as well have the most fun and you might as well have the best possible friends so you can have the best possible experiences while you're going through. That's what the big hitter community is all about. The 20 percenters that are on the way up to 1% and beyond. So it's a fun place to be ambitious people. Caring strategies, insights, experiences. Nobody knows it all. And the idea is to create people magic because it's much like how you start a fire with a magnifying glass. All the rays of the sun, all they'll do is make you want warm. They grow plants and everything, but if you take just 4 inches on a magnifying glass and harness focus 4 square inches of the rays of the sun on a spot, you can create a fire. And so that's what we're creating, the environment where you can create that kind of fire, that kind of explosion, that kind of people magic in your life and go through the kind of transformation you want that will propel you to where you want to be. So anyway, it's not a place where you sit around on the sidelines. It's a team. It's a place to participate, not be a wallflower. And I don't really need to tell you that if you're a 20 percenter, you'd like to get involved anyway and have fun. If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, join up, sign up and and jump into the the group, find some friends and let's do great things.
