I tell anybody, Larry, always go for your hopes and dreams. But I always tell this if you're sweeping the floors, be the best floor sweeper. If you're the janitor, be the best janitor you can be, because somebody's going to look at you and hopefully move you up or give you a raise or move you to the next position.
