In this brief YouTube clip, Speaker A asks why there are many wasps around, prompting Laurence Edwards to explain that the wasps belong to a nest they acquired from a yard with Jono. Speaker A expresses surprise, having expected the nest to be destroyed. The exchange is informal and centers on the presence and handling of the wasp nest near their shelter.
Just quick question. Yeah. Why is a load of wasps kicking about?
It's our wasp nest that we got from that yard with Jono.
I thought you were going to like destroy it or something.
There's actually loads still left in it. There was when I came back, there was still quite a lot, and I shook them out out there. And then I guess, I guess loads more have come out. It is they they come after you a little bit. They're not friendly. Look at that massive one there, Zane. Jesus. Yeah, like watch it come out. Watch it come out. It's huge. So they're building a new nest there. I'm going to kind of creep past him now, like, super angry, but interesting.
