Day In The Life Of Demi Bagby

Transcript of a YouTube video (‘Day In The Life Of Demi Bagby’) showing a casual Sunday in Demi Bagby’s life: attending church, dog training and bonding with her protection dog Echo, obstacle-course practice, weightlifting, car drifting and mechanic work, driving and photographing vehicles (including a new Chevy/Cheyenne), and making crepes and burritos at local eateries. The tone is personal, informal, and activity-driven, emphasizing fitness, cars, dogs, and everyday moments.

It's crazy. Every day something new. You know.
Out in the country past the city limit sign where there's a honky tone near the county line. The joint starts jumping every night when the sun goes.
I made my own crepe for dinner.
They got whiskey, women, music and smoke. It's where all the cowboy folk go.
Hey, brother.
That's what she loves. This one right here. Let's help a poop.
Where can I get some obstacle course training in today On a new ladder. Huh? On a new ladder.
Oh, yeah. Give me that butt. Give me that butt. She's a little crazy one. Watch. I go hug. Yeah.
That'S a big hug for a big girl, huh? Yeah. We're the same height. I got my own dance partner. So this is a real, real day in the life where our 16 year old dog Koda is handicapped. But she loves car rides and she loves feeling the wind. So we just put her in the bed and take her for rides on a nice sunny day.
Go to bear. Go to bear.
Any other bear.
Good.
Hey, go for a ride, little homie. Let's do this then. Auto.
They're spoiled.
You and Pika meet at a racetrack.
You know, I drifted into his heartstrings, you know.
Is that true? She did. That is true. She didn't know how to drift yet, though, or drive manual.
That's very true. Okay, y', all, this is a Demi's day in the life on a Sunday. So we're gonna have a chill day and you know you gotta start your Sundays off with some church time. So we're here at pillar church, hopefully to see Brent Hatchet because he's my favorite pastor. I don't know if he's serving today, but we shall see.
All right, y', all, that wraps up church for the day. What a beautiful Sunday to see everyone smiling and celebrating and hanging out with their family. So definitely can't start off Sunday without going to church. And let's continue with the day in the life.
Y'. All. We made it to Lawrence motorsport. Ethan here, while I was at shot show, decided to help your girl buy her dream truck at Barrett Jackson over the week. So now we get to take a look at it.
Well, I got my first truck when I was.
This thing is so sweet. Pretty much everything on this car is swapped for nicer parts and it's a crate motor. So I'll pretty much be the first person to drive it.
Let's do this thing.
Where two max.
We're getting some echo coffee, baby.
See ya, loser.
Now I Can be part of all Morgan Wallen's songs. Talking about Chevy's because he's a big Chevy guy.
Even though I'm a Ford girl. But the old Chevys are better than the old Fords.
Did you think your life would look like this?
No.
Definitely not. It happened so fast. Life just move so fast. It's crazy. Every day something new, you know? But that's what life's about. Not changing and adapting and doing something new every day. Then what's the point? Cuz you never know when it's your last. Jeez. This is popping out of here, huh?
It's my favorite coffee shop. I've tried every single coffee shop in the valley. This one is the best. And it's not because it's called Echo, because that did. That was not planned. But it always tastes good. It's never burnt. They never do a super dark roast where it just tastes like Starbucks. The cold brews fire. Their hot coffee is obviously great. I just don't drink it as much. And they're pastries. They come cook them at 3am every day. And the banana bread.
Want to see Blaze catch a treat? Wait, Echo.
Night. Wait, did she meant that?
No, she missed. It's on the throw. Blaze ready? See?
Oh. See? She just only likes him. Okay, we're going to Koda now. She had enough treats. My lovely little cocoa bear. You ready for some treats Here. She's so gentle. Look at her.
Thank you. You try to go give it to Blaze in her fingers, it'll freaking eat your finger off. Cottage is like the dogs get to go for a ride. You guys get to hang out in 75 sunny Arizona. And we got a new Cheyenne.
Gonna ride the lightning feel the thunder Till the darkness pulls me under Gonna fly on wings of fire Breathing good lone Leaves me higher singing oh, when they call me oh Okay, y'.
All, we just got back to the crib from coffee and it is time to train Echo. So Echo is my protection dog. I got her about three months ago. And we have to work on our bonding every day nonetheless. Get some of her mental and physical energy out because running doesn't do much for her. So we have to mentally stimulate her. We have an obstacle course in the yard. She still is a puppy, so you will see her fighting back a little bit. But that's just part of the process of growing our bond together. And we set up a few new obstacles. So she's going to be practicing and we put a GoPro on her vest. So I don't know what that's gonna look like. But I guess you're about to see right now, right? Put your leg in there, dude. There you go.
Goggles. Good job, babies.
I know you got a lot going on.
Okay, you ready for this, my little tactical puppy? My little bird missile? Let's go.
Echo. Hop. There. Easy.
Good girl.
Cross. Cross. Easy. This is new for you. Alrighty. We're gonna focus on two things today. One, she doesn't normally wear this heavy of a kit, so it's definitely very mentally stimulating for her in the goggles and in a heavier kit, especially with the GoPro, like, there's just a lot of new stuff for her. And two, we have ladders, and each peg of the ladder is movable. So we're gonna work on moving the ladder pegs and challenging her footwork. Because sometimes dogs are really cool, but they'll memorize their steps. We don't want her to do that. So we're going to be moving each peg of the ladder to challenge her with her footwork. So you ready, Echo? Let's go.
Maybe someday I'll be strong.
You'll be the one who's got it, right.
Yeah. Being a dog handler, I'm not a canine trainer. I am a handler of my own canine unit. She has taught me so much love, patience, respect, and diligence. I've learned so much patience working with an animal. Like, she doesn't speak English, right? I can't say, hey, that does. Like, don't do that, do this, don't do that. But the bomb that I've been able to build with her is when I say, knock it off or leave it, like, she really gets it. Sometimes I don't even have to talk to her. She'll do something, and I'll look at her, and she's like, okay, I'm not doing that anymore. So especially with the obstacle course and the training and as we implement new things or take away obstacles, the trust that she has in me to guide her is also very big. It's not just my bond with her, it's her bond with me. Have we been besties forever? Yes.
I'm a proud mama. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Stand by, losers. Time to bench. 135, baby.
I feel like you should do more than that, dude.
Imagine that. That'd be cool. It's actually nice that it's warm. Benching when it was freezing outside for, like, a week was not it for me, dog.
50. So cold. Dude, give me my Mullenberry.
Sorry. Everyone has their favorite.
I've only Ever benched? Four times. So this will be number five. Time to bench, baby. Time to bench.
Yeah.
Okay, y' all can't make fun of me because I'm still working on my bench form. Like, you know, you get to a point when you're doing skills and they actually start to feel natural. It feels completely unnatural still. So each time I bench, probably gonna look a little different as I'm just feeling it out. So we'll see.
Oh, so bad.
That was pretty sad.
If I count the weight, it stress me out. So I just don't.
She doesn't pay attention to the weight.
And he'll, like, trick me too. He'll put some weird fives in like two and a half.
Not everything is light. It's basically what you did last time.
Fire. Up, up. I don't know how much it is. Don't tell me.
Albina.
Just one fucking time. Show them who the you are. Get one up. Fire it up.
Fire it up. Up, up, up.
Push, push.
This is 145.
Hey, I did. Did I count?
Alrighty, y'. All, it has been an adventurous day so far, and we're only halfway through it, so great workout. Now we're gonna go drifting a little bit before some sick sunset shots with the crew. I've done some little donuts in this car. We gotta swap the rears because it was a little bit more. A little bit more worn down on one side than the other. So we're gonna swap the rears, we're gonna do some donuts. Probably only gonna do one direction because our tires are pretty worn out right now. And then we're gonna go to sunset. Let's go. Y'. All, this is Randy, our full time director of operations and mechanic. He keeps me safe while I'm driving. Sometimes I've been driving for about a year and a half, you know, for all y' all haters too, it's a work in progress. If I wasn't crashing and spinning out and doing all the things, that means I'm not pushing hard enough. So we're out here just pushing the limits every day. Dude. This car looks pretty clean right now, dude. All right, give me this power tool thingamajig, Jags. There you are in the star formation.
Let's check this one out.
Oh, that's not as bad. Look at that one. She coming over here.
Okay, when y' all put your tires back on your car, gonna make sure you put in a star formation to distribute the weight. Right, Randy?
Yep.
Rinky dink. Rink a dink.
If you come on this side, then you can just.
What is that doing? Just making sure it's tight.
Yeah. You hear that click?
You want to hear that?
Yeah.
There we go.
Heard the click.
Boom. Wheels are torqued, and we are ready to do some donuts. Let's go.
Get suited up, if you know what I mean. My favorite thing about drifting is getting more car control. Like, I'm not the best by any means. Absolutely terrible. But it's the practice. Like, every time I come out to do donuts and just even put something in the middle or I'll bring cones out here to kind of gauge a distance of a donut that I'm doing. And it really helps me gauge my car control. Gets good practice there. And overall, it's just fun. I mean, who doesn't like the smell of rubber, you know? Eat my rubber.
Oh, I think I ran out of gas. Well, y', all, I sent it a little too hard. We gotta limp her back home because it ain't looking too hot. Oh, no. Why is it going backwards? That's not good. I'm limping her home. Guys.
We'Re about to take all the cars to the desert before Lee leaves. All of them? Not all of them. We don't have a huge trailer, but Lee gets to drive the new Chevy.
I hope I don't get pulled over.
I'm gonna drive the laneboat and you two are going in the Hellcat. We're gonna go to Lost Dutchman State park and get some good content. Alrighty, y'. All. I don't know if you've ever seen a chick with a cowgirl hat and a V10, but you're about to. Let's hit it.
Okay, y'. All. Well, old Cheyenne here. What? You didn't bring your camera? Did we just drive all the way out here, Brandon? No, he didn't. He even packed his suitcase because you.
Know where his camera is.
I will say, though, you look dark. Chevy was all black a few moments later. Thank you so much.
Who's black Lambo?
Yours?
Yeah.
Oh, you race, huh?
I try. I crash a lot.
Lee, what is that?
My camera.
Three, two, one, go.
Outfit change back to the OG Outfit because now we get to take the Chevy pictures.
Because, you know, we got that awesome Uber. Bring the freaking camera to us. See, there's some faith in humanity still. He didn't steal a freaking awesome camera. He brought it and said, what's up? And said, you guys are awesome.
The best part is I get to go home with these cars. I'm not Just closing.
Sunsets are my favorite, I think, because I feel accomplished. Like, it's finally, like, ending the day even though we were till, like, way later, but also just gives me peace. And I feel as if every day is a new opportunity as the sun rises and sets. So no matter how good or bad of a day it was, it's saying, hey, the day is over. Good job. Let's crush it again tomorrow.
I know. I'm freaking starving. It's been a long day, and Echo is even more hungry because she crushed it. Three pounds of raw meat a day. She has two leg, two chicken leg quarters, some salmon, a pound and a half of ground beef, some organs, and chicken feet. So it's a very appetizing looking meal.
Yeah. Was this your door here? Yes, that is my door. That isn't. I actually fit through the door. I tested it, cuz I was like, someone breaks in, what size do they have to be my size? That's a pretty rare occasion. Isn't that just so tasty? Ekko, come here. Wear your chicken foot.
Seats.
Yeah, seats. Good seats. Easy.
Yeah. Okay, y'. All. I get so many comments that say, don't give your dog chicken bones. Yes. Do not give your dog cooked chicken bones. Just like any dog in the wild, when they attack their prey, they eat it. So a raw chicken bone is very soft, and it's actually really good for their teeth. But yes, bones. Cooked chicken bones will give your dog splinter. So don't be feeding them, like, the extra ribs or anything that you got from a barbecue you eat.
Still a little frozen, but I'm sure she'll do.
So 3 pounds of meat gone, just like that there. That's her meal for the day. She probably ate more protein today than you did, so you're slacking. Now it's time for us to eat. I'm hungry. Let's go. We've got a fancy kitchen here, but, I mean, I love to cook, but your girl's never home to cook, so it's too clean. Right? But we're not cooking dinner here. We're going to show you how we really cook dinner when we're home in Arizona. So let's go check it out.
Okay, y', all, that looked like Micah this morning.
We are not going to make dinner at home because we're never home, and we're never making dinner at home. So when we are in Arizona, we come make our own dinner at some of our favorite restaurants. Come on, dude. The guy's not even here, though.
That's not even my Homie, that's in there, bro. Guests are having breakfast first. But I really want a burrito. All right, we're going to Honey to a bee to make a crack crepe. I love crepes. It's not even, like, actually a crepe. You'll see. Just.
What's up, My boy, My boy, my boy.
Dude, see, the film crew, we've already been here because we just sneak crepes every night. I know it was your birthday two days ago, so I was going to make a burrito and give it to you, but they're not even here yet. Okay, I'm going to be back here. I ain't taking orders, but I'm taking names tonight making these crepes.
You want me to put your name inside and.
Oh, yeah, let's walk in, dude.
Come on.
Now for all those comments that say, get a real job, I'm here, baby. Boom. Checked in, baby. Okay, let's make it crepe.
Oh, go, go, go. Don't worry about it.
Make another one.
Oh, wait, I'm cleaning it.
Oh, yeah. All the way. All the way from the other side, too.
Oh, God. I'm flipping it halfway.
No, put your hand here. Now with it. Grab it together and go all the way.
See it?
That's fine.
Oh, yeah.
Halfway.
I consider that a w, if you ask me. Look at that cream, dude.
Boom. They put them on way cuter than I do.
Boom.
I made my own crepe for dinner. Micah ate most of my masterpiece, but I'm gonna still have a chance to try it and let you know how it tastes. Very chocolatey. Okay, y', all, we're gonna go make some burritos for dinner tonight. We're making. We're making him a birthday burrito. Oh, yeah. So parkour. Parkour. I'm sure there's a whole hair nut policy, but we're not doing that tortilla.
Oh, that was quick.
Dude. Look at that magic right there. Oh, God.
I would say that's pretty darn good. Happy birthday.
Yes.
Steak burritos for dinner. So that's how we cook dinner, y'. All. That's how it is when we're at home in Arizona and we got swagged out, too.
