I don't really know if you're alive, if you're not doing hard things. I think you die when you try to refrain from doing hard things. Everybody's sick, upset, tired, because they're trying to create a life of ease for themselves. Do hard things. If you're feeling lucky, come and dance with the devil. We in the danger zone here at the hq. We're about to absolutely eviscerate all of these weights. We're gonna pick up and put down as many weights as we possibly can. More weights than have ever been picked up or put down in one session ever in the entirety of first form history. We're gonna hit a warm up, get the body primed, ready, ready to move. Well, true athlete, let's have some fun. Let's get it. Legs only. First 30 seconds, keep the cadence under 50. Next 30 seconds, grab your hands and legs.
Cadence up to 60, 65.
Hands only, cadence around 45, 50. Last time through. Nose breathing only. No mouth breathing. Mike, what do you think about before a big training session? It's another day at the office. I think the more that I would think, the more you can bring to light things that you don't really even want to think about. Think about my warm up. That's about it. Yep. All right. Off the bike. It's a blessing to get to do what I do. There's 100 million people that would change positions with me, so I'm not going to disrespect anybody by not working hard. We're going to kind of replicate a little bit of a fight. Although they normally do five minutes, we're going to do three minutes. So we'll do a minute on the bike, directly into a minute of both jump overs, directly into one arm, dumbbell shoulder press. Okay, then one minute rest. Repeat that. 3. Stand by to get some. 20, 20.
I don't really know if you're alive, if you're not doing hard things. I think you die when you try to refrain from doing hard things. Everybody's sick, upset, tired, because they're trying to create a life of ease for themselves. Do hard things. Here's what's going to happen. I'm to hold it up and the person, they're going to go under, under, over, under, under, over, under, over, under, under, over. 4.
Dude. What they don't know is we're about to add a D ball, which is a total game changer. So when you jump with 30, 40, 20 pounds, you don't hop.
Under, under.
Under, under, onto your speed.
And time.
Think the weight was under or no weight. Weight. Oh, no. Weight was under. I think I got more. Yeah. The hardest thing about the weight was I was. I was squeezing. I couldn't breathe. Yeah. I was crushing my chest. I was like. So we'll do a sandbag carry. One of us will be down there. Two of. One person carries it down. One person carries it down. One person carries it down. Then we lift some weights. Yeah, then we can lift.
I'm trying to get slow, man.
Sandbag and sweaty.
Nice and controlled.
Today, brother. You too. All right. That was a doozy. We just got done with a nice little workout. I mean, it was a lot of fun. So now I think we get to go relax. Hopefully, man, I will drain some threes around here. My son played basketball. Dude, I got to be good.
Drained it. Come on.
Nope.
Normally all these go in.
All right, now I'm getting stronger.
All right, Now I'm starting to get it.
We're getting a beat on it.
Yep. Oh, come on. Just don't even put so much effort into it. Just make it look effortless.
Come on. Dang it.
Oh.
Yep. Oh, my goodness.
Michael. Yep.
Yeah. He said you're on the wrong court. Who's that? That's. Yo, what's up?
Hey. I just made a half court shot. I think they caught it on camera. I hope. Sorry, coach. I got one more left. I'm not coming back to Missouri wrestling. I'm coming back to Missou basketball.
Yeah, see? Exactly. I can do both. Well, hopefully I'll get back there soon and see you. Yes. Okay. Miss you, coach. Yep. See ya. Appreciate you, brother. So Coach Smith was on the phone when I made that. So that's when, you know, like, God just puts certain people in your life that just make you perform better. Coach Smith was on the phone. I drained it. Right. I blacked out. I blacked out.
Sat.
