Short YouTube video (TJ LaFaver) listing three rules for a great teammate: dependability, skill, and—most importantly—selflessness. The speakers emphasize showing up on time, having competence, and prioritizing the person beside you over yourself.
Three things I look.
For in a teammate. Dependability. You guys were dependable today. You showed up on time, on target, ready to train.
Second thing I.
Look for in a teammate is skill. I need my teammate to be skilled. You guys showed that you have some skill today. The last thing.
I look for in.
A teammate and the most important thing.
And the hardest thing to find.
Is selflessness. But it's the most important thing to have in a teammate, if ever. Everybody in this team is.
More concerned.
About the person beside them than they.
Are concerned about themselves.
The team will become unstoppable.
