TAKE ACTION | Motivational Speech Compilation

This is a transcript of a YouTube motivational compilation (TAKE ACTION) featuring short, repeated excerpts from David Goggins, Eric Thomas, and Andrew Tate. The clips focus on discipline, mental toughness, taking action, enduring pain and setbacks, and establishing systems and accountability to change one’s life. Many lines repeat for emphasis; themes include early-morning discipline, refusing to quit, embracing mental discomfort, and becoming a ‘‘man of action.’’

For 10 years, if you didn't avoid doing what you knew you needed to do, what would you be like? Because you're not everything you could be and you know it.
You need to stop being inspired and you need to start inspiring. I don't know who you are, but you know, you fiend out. You watched enough videos. No more video ain't gonna do nothing for you. Action is gonna do something for you now. You will not defeat me. You will not destroy me. Some of you are so ignorant. You've been through hell. You gonna quit now? You should have quit 10 years ago when he walked out on you. You should have been quit. You don't quit now. It's the 10th round, you got two more to go. And when you get to success, it's not about skill. When you get to a certain level of success, it's about stamina. It's about, you won't break me. You can't take me. I fought too long. I fought too hard. If I was gonna quit Satan, you should have broken me when I was eating out of trash can. It's too late now. It's too late. You should have broke me a long time ago. I'm unbreak.
When that alarm clock goes off at 4 or 5 in the morning, your mind says no. You just say, this is what we do. It's what we do now. Because to get to where you want to go, the amount of pain involved, I'm not saying physical, I'm not saying you got to break yourself off. The amount of mental pain of how many times you're going to have to do something that you don't want to do to get to where you want to go.
There's going to be more times you do do something that, that you don't want to do, then you are going to want to do it. And that's, that's your new norm.
I do not feel like training, but I still train because I'm a disciplined individual. You don't get to go through life only doing the things you feel like doing. So this is down to you, my friend. And listen, you may be feel fired up for 10 minutes after this little talk, but you're not going to feel fired up forever. You need to put systems in place. You need to get discipline. You need to get a atmosphere of people around you who are going to keep you accountable and not make it easy for you to continue to be a nobody. And then you're going to fix your life. Otherwise you're going to stay nobody. You're Tired, you don't want to work. You want to go to sleep or just relax. You do it anyway because you think there's something wrong with you. I don't. I lack motivation. I don't have the motivation to go to the gym. Well, here's the news flash. Neither did I. And I still did it. So now what you going to say now? You have no excuse, right? Oh, you're scared to get in the ring. So was I still did it. Scared to get the cage. So was I. I still did it. Being a man is about not feeling things. It's about acting the way you're supposed to act in regardless of how you feel. We act. We're men of action. We get things done. So the world got built, all of it. All the men who built the skyscrapers felt scared. They did it anyway. You become a man of action. Stop worrying about how you feel, worrying about what you're supposed to be doing. How about that?
I wasn't born this mother.
I made them at the bottom of insecurities, fear, self doubt, lies. Was me buried in the fetal position. How I got out of that was recognizing it, being honest with it, being truthful with it, and then fixing it. We like to live on social media.
With lies about ourselves, how great we are.
Get to the source and fix the problem. Stop sitting around moping and complaining and waiting for somebody to connect the dots for you. Put the work in and take the step stairs to the top. You got to be willing to lose sleep to go after this dream. You have to be willing to lose sleep to graduate. You have to be willing to lose sleep to pass the exam. I need you to have a whatever.
It takes mentality at the end of the day. I asked myself one question, can I take one more step? And usually the answer is yes. So if you can answer that question and not take another step, that is real failure. That is real quitting. So a lot of people can take one more step, but they choose not to. I don't know if you can take two steps. You get to answer that question after you take the first step.
I want you to fail and I want you to get up and do it again. The same thing in life is the same thing here.
If you can do this, you can do anything. Anything.
Right now you're 5% away, 5% away from being champion.
It's so easy to be great nowadays, my friend, because most people are weak. Most people don't want to go to that extra mile. Most people don't want to find that extra because it's sucks, it's miserable, it's lonely. I know there's so many people that have the ability and just refuse to get off that couch, refuse to study a few more hours, refuse to go deeper, to go further. And that's where I gained the advantage.
You could turn anything in life into.
Something if you just keep showing up.
One foot in front of the other, one step at a time, time. Next thing you know, you're at the.
Top of the mountain until you say, yeah, I'm gonna.
You know what?
I'm take action. Nothing changes if nothing changes, man. I just want to remind you because, you know, I've spent a lot of time in my life sitting around wanting things to change and not being able to make them change and not thinking I could. And I wish somebody had told me that earlier.
Sometimes do you know, man, that you can actually mess your life completely up. You can jack it all the way up and you can turn around and get it right.
Every man has two lives, and the second starts when he realizes he has just one.
From that day forward, I made a promise that I will give it everything I got. That way, I'm a winner no matter what.
Nothing is permanent. Nothing is permanent. And a lot of times you have to learn to perform without motivation. You have to learn to perform without purpose. You have to learn to perform a lot of different things. And that's what people think. They think I need to have this motivation to work out, to study, to be better. So if they don't have it, they just don't do it. And that's where you fail. You have to learn to train your mind well beyond motivation. If you have motivation, that's great. That's some kindling to the fire. All it takes is a little bit of spark. You can run a whole forest up. But motivation, you have to learn to exist without it. You have to be your best self and your least motivated. And that's the tricky part about all that. Motivation is just a word. You have to have these different things in your mind on where you want to go. And know that motivation is not going to get me there because I'm not going to always be motivated. Learn to pick yourself up on your own. You got to be your own coach. I'm trying to build people up. I'm trying to armor their mind. I'm trying to get them the belief. Because this war we live in is tough. It's tough. It will beat you down. The world in the life that we live in is the ultimate competitor. It will find your weakness and it will just hammer you. So if I can help you build belief, build confidence to the point where nothing can hurt you because you know exactly who you are. Being ashamed is one of the biggest things that kill people nowadays in their minds. Kill them from moving forward. I'm ashamed of myself. Don't ever be ashamed of anything you've done in your life. Face it, fix it, make it better.
