So we're gonna play a little game now. It's called smash or pass. You ever heard of it? You ever heard of smash pass?
What's the word? Smash or pass?
You heard me coming. That's what she said.
All right. Welcome into the post workout. I have my guy. First form athlete, TD Smash Thomas Davis.
What's up, man?
What up, my dude?
How you doing?
How's it feeling to be the largest human being ever on the post workout?
Feels great, man.
I mean, you just got. Usually I put the post workout stack on that box, but they ain't got no more real estate no more.
No more real estate, baby.
Got a bigger box, you know? Tell me where you're from, Dan. What's your. What's your story?
South Bend, Indiana, born and raised. I've been there all my Life. I'll be 31 next week.
How'd you get into powerlifting?
Honestly, I've always kind of like loved to lift heavy. And it started with football. And from there, man, I just like took off. I just realized I was a lot stronger than a lot of other people. And before I graduated, I benched like 465. So I was like, you know, it wasn't too bad. I just really noticed in high school, like, I was a little different. So I stuck with it. Like, why not?
And then you became the world record holder in power and all time power bench, right?
Yep, yep, yep. So that record. So I bet 716 in a full meat. £716.
So that same meat.
7:16.
Yeah, 7:16. So that's number four all time in the world, like all time. And I also squatted 800 that same meet that same day. And I deadlifted over 850 that same day as well.
So what was that total?
I'm not good at? 2375. Time. Number four all time as well.
Damn. Your personal PR total right now. Yeah.
Jeez. For now, I've squatted 800 for a double.
And I've also done 832, which was my top best. I've technically pulled 9.03- but I had a torn Patel at the time and I didn't know. Yeah.
So it didn't count in the meat that I actually benched 716 at, but I'm counting that in my brain. It was there. I had it in my hands.
I seen it. It was up.
And then I've done 700 for a double.
Yeah.
And obviously 716 was my best.
God bless.
So I had two major surgeries a couple years ago. Torn Pateller. And then I had a. Tore my pec as well.
Yeah.
So right now I'm just kind of coming back and recovering and hopefully do a meet next year.
Numbers in mind yet, or what are you trying to do? Trying to shake it up.
World records.
All time. World record. What's that?
Over 2400. So it's. It's possible.
That's. Is that raw or what do you.
Yeah, so raw. Yeah.
You know, so there's. There's a lot of talking online, people out there, you know, making accusations, saying that, you know, it might be some fake weights getting moved around there when you're doing.
When you're.
When you're, you know, with the weights and. And personally, I never seen you lift no. No weights, you know, real life. So some of that may be true. Maybe. I'm not accusing anybody saying anything. I'm just saying. You're just saying it would make sense because it's like, okay, dudes lifting 800 pounds or some.
So you. So you trying to say I'm faking for you?
I'm not saying that. I'm just saying I ain't never seen it before.
We in the gym right now. All right.
You gotta. Why you gotta do this?
I'm just like, you know, we're in the gym right now. Yeah. You want to prove that?
Should we lift some weights? No, you're scaring me. Yes. These are real.
That up?
See what I'm saying? It's real.
I'm gonna show you.
Yeah. I probably should warm up, huh?
Yep, that's real.
You know.
Okay. That was very fast.
You said What?
Ah, damn.
You said kind of heavy. Yeah.
Yeah. That's only 315. Why are you making all that noise?
Okay, okay. Why is it like, he's going so much faster? I might have gotten a little overconfident. You okay?
I'm fine. I'm just waiting on you to hurry up. This is all you're doing, 405, huh?
Yeah, that's all. I'm gonna try to do it. I might not get it.
That's very cute.
Yeah.
Are these real?
Them are real. Them are real.
I just want to make sure. Right. All right. All right.
You want to go another plate?
That.
Yeah.
You ready for it?
Oh, my God.
Let's go.
Yeah.
Let's go.
Big doc.
It's okay. Daddy's here. Move out the way.
Excuse me.
Big Daddy's here. Okay. Yeah. And when I do this, I want you to say, thank you, Daddy.
Okay? Okay. Okay, okay. Okay.
Thank you. Yeah.
Thank you. Thank you, Daddy Four. Good four. Teaching me, teaching me how to deadlift. How to deadlift. Thank you, thank you.
Deadlift. Okay, okay. So you know, you know Ms. Busted. He can lift wheel, weight.
Turn a little bit.
That's a good one. That's a good one.
You guys better give me a. God damn it.
So how do you get hyped up for a lift?
Don't get me started. I listen. I listen to everything.
Same everything. Hold me now, cuz I'm six feet from the. I'm thinking Smash. Back in the day.
They talk crap like them and Nickelback. Like they're great. Arthur. And standing in the line, the club, never again. It's like the bottom of the line. Never gonna win. If you allow yourself to be like on one like type of genre of music. You're a closed mind.
I'm just saying I can appreciate the artist.
You are a weird ass. I like country, I like rap. I like techno gospel.
What's your favorite song to get hyped.
Up for a lift?
Like, what do you like?
So is God's country by Blake Shaw?
God's Country.
What a good dude. Just a good. It's a good song.
Like you wouldn't expect me to get hype off that song. But yeah, like if you let. Let that, that guitar hit you in that basic. Yeah, those lyrics, bro, it's just like. You know what, it's time to go. Yeah.
So you are TD Smasher. We're gonna play a little game now. It's called Smash or Pass. You ever heard of it? You've heard Smash Pass?
Of course I've heard Smash Pass.
First up, little bunny. Smash or Pass.

What?
It's right here.

Yeah.
Oh, man, we can't smash this.
Why not, bro?
This, this is my great, great, great Grammy.
I want to Smash. Smash. Foreign.
Oh my God, bro, you can't do this to me. Smash and Pass. This is my mom. Dog.
Up, guys.
Smash.
We were passing on this, bro. What the. Pass. Pass. Pass.
Pass.
All right, man, tell me about like how you got affiliated with first form and how you kind of got introduced to the brand.
So I've always seen first form around and different like supplements and whatnot. I know a couple athletes that are a part of it and I finally got to meet a couple of guys at an expo and everyone's. Since then, man, it's just been. Been cool. We've been, you know, chatting and had some of the products. Love the products. I've tried products from, you know, everywhere. So I really enjoy first form factor.
You got that premium shit, baby.
It's very premium. And, like, you can tell. And I figured this much, like, as much as you want to invest in your body, like, it's all about what you put in your body. And you guys have the best, so why not be with the best? And that's what I feel like doing.
We have a sponsored segment. It's sponsored by First Form Energy, the best energy drink in the history of earth. Available in four delicious flavors. More coming. Wing, wing.

Dms?
I've got quite a few news from some dudes that look like me.
Okay.
That's kind of weird.
Some weird offers. I actually had a guy, I guess he lived in Colorado.
Okay.
And he wanted to fly me out to, like, throw him around and beat him up in my. In my draws.
Huh?
No joke.
Just give him the business.
No joke.
Just give him the business.
Just give him the business.
Did you reply to him?
I did not reply to him.
No.
I'm cool on that.
Did he didn't even let him make an offer or anything.
He said 5,000.
No shit, bro. You going to whoop his ass for five grand?
No.
All right, man. This has been the post workout with my dog, TD Smash. Thomas says make sure you follow him. What's your. What's your handle?
