You need to reward the people that have spent the time to put those little letters at the end of their name. You know, that costs money, time. You know, CRS was the best thing I ever did. I learned more in that than anything else. GRI and even listing— was it PSA? I mean, I took that one, the pricing strategy, and they talked about square footage, but they never talked about where you get it from. I took that class just to see what they would do about comps and square footage, and they taught nothing about it. But the people who get those letters, they're the normally your top producers and the people that have the most knowledge, and that's who you should want working for you.
