A real estate professional discusses selling homes in extreme snow climates, where 200 inches falls annually. They weigh the appeal of four-season living and autumn against beach alternatives, and mention interest in renegotiating a TV contract for another show.
Looking back at your time on the beach, being somebody who's in an entirely different climate, did it make you want to move to Alabama, to the coast, or did it give you, I'm good now, I don't need to be a beach man?
Honestly, like before I got into real estate, I have a lot of designer friends in Palm Beach, Florida, and I've had multiple job offers to go down to Florida. I like the four seasons. Like honestly, I need like a distinct four seasons. Like my favorite season is autumn. Give me the fall leaves, the colors, the crisp air. Like that's what personally, I like the reminder of constant change. So it's just like, I know we're living when I see the change, like almost every single day living up here in the UP.
Which is also what we love about real estate is the constant change, right?
Oh yeah.
So would you do another TV show or does that scratch that itch for you and you feel like you've done what you're gonna do in that space?
