All right, let's do Article 10. And Article 10 is the big one because this is where fair housing lives. And I'll just tell y'all, I know you know this phrase, what you do for one, you do for all. I like to boil fair housing down into a couple of words, and I can explain it like this: fair housing is so that real estate is for every neighbor in every zip code. Every neighbor, every zip code. If you remember those 5 words, you'll be living by fair housing. Because who do we take care of? Every neighbor. Where? Every zip code. There are no worst parts of town, bad parts of town. There is no "those people" in real estate. And if we would just get our, frankly, our hearts and our minds right, we could solve all of this.
