what we do is so people-intensive and so intensely intimate when we're talking about somebody's largest financial instrument that we pour everything into them. And then you get in the car, and you feel like a wet spaghetti noodle because you just drained yourself out. Well, give yourself permission to recharge. Introverts, that's by yourself. Extroverts, that's with other people. So figure out how you can serve by being who you are. And I will tell you that whether you're an introvert or an extrovert, you will find that you'll enjoy what you do more. And here's the other secret. As you get more comfortable with who you are and how you can communicate, you'll fall into one of those most powerful things that great REALTORS® have always done, and that's mirroring.
