So how have you overcome getting in your own way as a younger realtor in a market that can be a little bit older?
Yeah, that's been the question. So last year they named me a 30 Under 30 for Coldwell Banker Real Estate. Good job. Appreciate it. And I had to really lean into that branding and I even did that on my application. I think the innocence of youth, I think you have more freedom and grace not to mess up. You still have to deliver. But I talk about one of the quotes I use at the dealership, and I learned it from one of my mentors. I don't want to lie to you. I don't want to mess up, but I'm going to find out for you. And that honesty and saying that, that servant leadership, basically, people like that energy. That was my thing. Hey, I'm full-time. I'm working. I'm young. I'm ready to go. Whatever you need, I'll figure it out for you. If I didn't know, of course, when you communicate with your clients, you want to be knowledgeable and professional. But if it was something I didn't know, then I would just be honest. Hey, I'm gonna lie to you. I'll get back on that. Or let me go get that document for you. And just being proactive and just kind of guessing what they need prior, that's helped me a lot.
