In today's environment, what you need is fearless leadership. Hey, I'm Leigh Brown, an author of 3 books, a speaker, a wife, a mama, a runner, a pianist, and a Southern woman who really enjoys cooking. But why does that matter to you? Because in my business life, I found that nothing changes without outrageous authenticity. Every organization today, no choice but to be fearless when it comes to authenticity. Our customers require more than our best. They ask that we lead the way and take them with us. They want us to be fearless, and it's time. It's time for you to be the fearless leader and blaze those trails for others. Now, it seems audacious to think that any of us can change the world. That's a big ask. But think about it. Did you ever imagine a phone with one button? Oh, that's right. Yes, you carry it everywhere. Oh, that's true. There's no buttons at all. Right? And how about President Kennedy? Now, some of you weren't born then. Neither was I. But he set a vision, wild vision, for a man on the moon. And Elon Musk, took that charge from decades ago. He's taking us all the way to Mars and revolutionizing vehicles along the way. Are they the exceptions? You may be asking, Leigh Brown, how does this apply to me? I want you to take a moment and ask yourself one question. Who changed your life? That person may have changed it with a word, A look, a hug, a shared vision. What I know is that it's through their authenticity that something made an impression on you and it sticks with you to this day.
