One thing that I need everybody to know is that it is on the selling side that I am the most concerned about the loss of the MLS. Now I'll posit to you that in an earlier episode, I did talk about my concern for buyers to not have access to the full market of inventory. However, there are buyers that can go out and do some digging and probably find houses. AI is going to replace all of this anyway, I'm pretty sure. So that part does have some problems, but the problem on the listing side is existential. I want you to think about who goes into the MLS to pull that comparable sale data to do what I'm doing as an agent to help the seller ballpark what their value might be, to help them see where the market is going, help them determine where their timeframe falls. I'm a practicing realtor, practicing broker. I look at it for that. Appraisers use our data too.
