Chapters
By the way, 2024 starts right now. You do not have permission to wait until January 1st to kick this off. I want you to pick up the phone and call somebody. It might be a past client, and I want you to tell them you hope they're having a wonderful, quiet time of year here at the holiday season, and that you really connect to people and thank them. Show them a sense of gratitude. Show them how grateful you are to be their REALTOR®. And then ask them what they need. If they need a painter and a contractor and a granite guy, Give them a name, be that person, be in front of them because you, as it turns out, are real estate. Not NAR, not your state association, and not even your local. You, you the REALTOR®, you are real estate. So how you choose to treat it impacts all of us. And then how we choose to work together changes the narrative and changes everything forever. And by the way, there is nothing we can't do when we decide to do it together.
