Hi there, this is Shawna Torosso. I'm the CEO of the Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties in York, Pennsylvania, and I just had to share with all of you what a phenomenal job Leigh Thomas Brown did for our volunteer leadership training this past January. Now, I will tell you that I was really concerned about how we were going to provide training for our board of directors in a COVID-19 world. 'Cause normally we take this opportunity, it helps the new board members to get to know the older board members, and really having that in person is so very, very important. So when we were talking about doing this via Zoom, I really carefully wanted to have a facilitator and a trainer who would be engaging throughout the half-day process, as well as allow for opportunities for our members to get to know one another. And we all know what a wonderful job Leigh Thomas Brown does at her speaking engagements. And being that keynote address. But I'll tell you, I think she does an even more fabulous job as a volunteer leadership trainer. She was so engaging over Zoom, which can be so very difficult in this time period, but she got the members to know one another. She got them to laugh. She provided them with the valuable insights that they need in order to navigate this crazy COVID-19 world. And along the way, while she's doing, you know, the training about Robert's Rules of Order, what we need to know in terms of DEI for our organization. She's giving us tips and tricks of things that we're currently doing and how we can make them better and take them to the next level for our organization. So I highly recommend her for your future volunteer leadership training, and I hope you have a wonderful day.
