So we're going to start off with a couple of wins because everybody should cheer, and I better see some little emojis and cheers for each other here. I'm not calling out names because I never know who is comfortable having their name said out loud and who is not. I did call out Jill without her permission because that's how I roll, but she said she didn't collapse even though her closings aren't where she wants them to be. They've been sporadic, and I think a lot of people identify with that. So when your business isn't performing like you want, not collapsing is a huge win. I had somebody here who wrote in, their big winning moment was saying no to a listing that was going to be a killer for her. It is hard to say no, but when you say no to something that you can already tell is going to be a complete downer, you're saying yes to good things. That's a huge win. I had somebody here who said, I prefer easy transactions, but I got a difficult one through, so that's a win. I love our honesty. It's so freaking amazing. And I had somebody over here that realized by tracking— hey, good job, friend— that every one of her contacts is a referral from Sphere or a listing or in the niche, and she's just excited at the Game is finally playing off.
