Do you ever wonder if one person can make an impact? I'll tell you, it's possible. This is Prairie Dog Town, which is the heart of Lubbock, Texas, and this was the vision of one guy, Mr. Clapp. Mr. Clapp was worried about the black-tailed prairie dog, and so he put two pairs in a colony, protected it, and became known as the unofficial mayor of Prairie Dog Town until his death in the 1960s. Now you, me, anybody can drive up here and look at the prairie dogs. Some people bring produce. Some idiot brought Cheetos and pancakes, but you know, people don't all have sense. And regardless, there's a whole ecosystem here because one guy cared. So my question to you is, if you care about something, are you willing to just try, even if it's just one you? Everything can always be made better.
