I want you to stop worrying and get refocused on why you've chosen real estate and why you've been successful. Primarily, you've done a good job because you focused on the best outcome for the person across the table from you, that buyer, that seller. Now, where this should be starting is in that consultation period. And so in all of the talk about new forms and new processes, I just want you, my agent friends, to think differently about how you process helping somebody who wants to buy a house. It's what somebody encounters when they call my office. Well, ideally, they They go through the intake process first, we ask a bunch of questions, then we set up a consultation so we can talk about agency and the market and the conditions and what they should expect when they fall in love. Then we start looking at houses. That's all we have to do is refocus our process to make sure we're setting somebody else up for success. That's how everything has been operating in your head. Now it's just time to structure it a little more firmly. And if you need help with that, if you need tools for that, reach out, I'll share with you because that's how we roll.
