Now, the second thing you can do to touch base with past clients, send a little text. And just use complete sentences, humor me on that. Use punctuation and proper capitalization. It'll make you seem like an actual professional, and it will help you stand out from bots and spammers who tend to have a terrible grasp on the English language. When you send that text, I would include your name and your company name in the event that they got a new telephone and it did not transfer their contacts over. And I know you don't want to get that text back that says, "New phone, who dis?" That hurts my feelings all the time. And I feel certain it's because people have changed their phone providers. That's all I can guess. So you can also send those texts. Now, if you want to get really next level, take this phone that I'm currently recording on, hit the little video button and say, "Hey," let people see your face, let them see your eyes and hear your voice. Keep it under 10 seconds so that it's an easily sent message and text that over.
