You have a phone that makes outbound phone calls. Use it. Now, if you're a millennial or a Zoomer, you're already rolling your eyes at me and I can feel you. So, I'm just going to say, get off my lawn and get on your phone. Because if you place a phone call, here's what's going to happen. One of two things. You're going to call and say, ringy dingy, ringy dingy, and nothing happens. They're going to send you to voicemail. And you could leave a message and say, hey, this is Leigh Thomas Brown with Button Community Real Estate. Just calling to say, hey, call me back if you need me. The other option is ringy dingy ringy dingy, and they say hello, and then you can start talking. Your past clients want to hear from you. They chose you for a reason. No matter what your business model is, you were chosen at some point. So it's never a bad idea to go back and reiterate why you were chosen in the first place. And most importantly, let people know that you remember them. Now that I've said all of this, I think I have some phone calls to make.
