A faith-based sermon on leadership using the Three Little Pigs and Three Billy Goats Gruff to show how weak foundations collapse under pressure. The speaker argues leaders need biblical truth as their unshakable foundation to withstand any storm.

The faith-driven leadership has to always be looking up. And the way that you can look up without faltering is only if your foundation is solid. I mean, it's a good thing I love houses and real estate because they tell us so much about how to build up our own pathways and our own leadership style so that we can make it through. You can also look at fairy tales. Look at the Three Billy Goats Gruff, and they're tripping across the bridge. And the trolls underneath, but they're all right because they're on the bridge. And then you can look at the Big Bad Wolf and the Three Little Pigs. They're always in threes, aren't they? The foundation of the first house was nothing, blown away. Foundation of the second, not strong either, blown away. Foundation of the third, a real foundation. The house built of brick, it could withstand any storm. And so if you're going to be the brick house or the bridge, how do you make it strong enough? Start with the foundation. The foundation has to be the word.
