This one investor had pulled up an address around the neighborhood, looked good on paper, and it was I-77, which of course we have 77 and 85. All the crime calls were on this side of 77. He just said, "It's 77 magic." And I said, "That's hilarious." But he was able to make his own good decision. If you are a good real estate professional, and if you are even a good wholesaler, so I'll just throw this out there because a lot of y'all who work with investors, you encounter the wholesale types. There are good wholesalers out there who say to the person in that home, here's the option. You can hire a realtor and fix it up and get here. You can hire a realtor and have to offer it a discount, maybe get here. Or because you have a lot of extenuating circumstances, I can help you out, but the number's here. And giving them the full picture, that is what a really savvy investor does and a really smart realtor does too. You give people as many scenarios as you can.
