an auction that we handled last year, we found the family Bible. I mean, like the big leather-bound one that has all the notes inside. And because it was part of an estate, the family was a little disconnected and didn't seem to want it right away. And then when I opened it— because we do open items, we have to make sure there's nothing tucked in or away that the owners should know about before it vanishes out into the world. I found the baptismal certificate for one of the children. And so when I reached back out to the family, I said, please don't sell this, please keep this family Bible, and here's a baptismal certificate. And of course they were just overjoyed because they didn't know that it had been tucked in there.
