So this is like my first real, real job. I made like $10,000 in one month. And so that really showed me, whoa, okay, there's money here. But there's different tactics. There's salesmen who only get referrals, sphere of influence, kind of like real estate. People know them from the community. You got your new guys who make the calls. I was one that would stay outside all the time. And then unless it was raining, but there was even some times it was raining, I was outside with an umbrella just waiting for someone to pull in. But it's a high turnover rate and it taught you that some people complain, some people stick it out. Same thing with real estate. Some people are licensed for a year or two, they don't stick in the business. High turnover rate. Some will, some won't. So it's like you can complain or you can just keep going. Like why this person selling 20 cars in a month and why this person selling maybe 2? And so we're all here at the same 12-hour shift, you know? So it just teaches you, okay, I'm going to choose that destiny versus complain and blame everybody else for why this didn't happen. And there's no salary. So either you want a check or you're going to have to figure it out.
