I want to make sure that as we think through the consequences of these lawsuits and the settlements, that we as individual entrepreneurs are still encouraging other people to get into this business. That when you find somebody in the restaurant that you love frequenting who's amazing at waiting tables, you tell them about licensure, and you tell them that there's a broker in town that will pour into them. And I'm just going to pray that we keep enough brokers around that can pour into the next generation so they can find a way through. Because the public needs you. The public needs the next generation of REALTORS® too.
