What's one of the hardest things to do in real estate in a low inventory market? Is tell a seller, "No, don't sell." I will tell you, it's a hard thing to do, but it is the most important part of your life as a professional REALTOR® is to pull all the information up, listen to everything happening in that homeowner's life, and then look them in the eye and say, "Stay put." Once you're able to hit that point in your real estate life, your reputation explodes in the community because then people will know you are not one of those bloodsucking, money-grubbing types that they heard about, that you are a servant leader who cares about their best possible outcome. That does mean you might have to work twice as hard to go get another opportunity. But I believe in you. And I believe that if you do this business the right way, the businesses and the successes are going to come to you tenfold.
