Real estate coach Leigh Thomas Brown shares a single outbound script agents can use right now: "Do you have questions about anything real estate right now?" It works for any topic you know well enough to discuss, from financing to listings to rates.
Here's my challenge to you. If anything in here got your fire going, got your brains going, got you thinking about some phone calls you need to make, do something the minute you hang up this StreamYard, call somebody in your phone, in your contact manager, you're gonna go call somebody and you're gonna say, hey, do you have questions about anything real estate right now? That's the script you use for outbound calls. Do you have questions about anything real estate? And then you can talk. Financing, you can talk listings, you can talk interest rates, you can talk anything just to be the one who's able to start the conversation. And then wherever it goes, if you are the most knowledgeable, you can hang with that conversation.
