Leigh argues that Americans have stopped disagreeing with each other and started calling anyone with a different opinion evil. She asks people to tell her directly what they disagree with, and promises to listen without hatred.

What I'll tell you is that you don't have to be hateful giving out opinions. I will not understand for the life of me why in America we have decided that if somebody's different from you or disagrees with you, that they are therefore evil and must be eradicated. I think that needs to change, y'all. I'm cool with the fact that not everybody in here is gonna agree with me. In fact, you should come up to me and say, Leigh, I disagree and here's why. I'm probably gonna listen to ya. And even if I disagree, I would love that you told me what you thought, 'cause I'm not gonna hate you for it. I might disagree, but that's cool, y'all. I'm tired, tired, tired of milquetoast. We have spent so much time trying to be everything to everybody, we're not doing a good job for anybody.
