Hey friends, Leigh Thomas Brown with One Community Real Estate here, and if you know anything about me, you know I'm very passionate about several things in life. One of those is this community where we live, where my husband and I have raised our kids, where my business is located, where I grew up, and where my family goes back generations. I love North Carolina, and in specific, Cabarrus County. I also love real estate. I have been a full-time professional realtor for 24 years, but what that means is. I'm always going to continue to find ways to serve my clients better. In the spirit of both of those passions, I just spent the last week in Montana at the Western College of Auctioneering. Yes, I went back to school because I want my auctioneer's license. This is going to allow me to provide an accelerated marketing option to my seller clients. Whether you're selling a residential house, commercial property, farm or land, I'll be able to provide auction as an alternative if you're not interested in traditional marketing. Also, I'll be able to be a better to the nonprofits that I love in this community. I've done a lot of charity auctions, but now I know what I'm doing. I'll be working on my chant. I know you're going to want to do more live events with me, and this is just going to allow me to bring a different flavor to your event so that we can bring you better results to benefit your bottom line, the clients you serve. Just as in real estate, I'm always looking to bring a better experience to the clients that I serve in whatever they need in their real estate capacity. If you want me to help you auction your real estate, it's going to in a minute. I have to finish my North Carolina license first, but it's coming soon. Because at One Community Real Estate, we don't just look at what we did in the past, we look at how we're going to serve you in the future. And the ways that we serve are going to continue to expand, because real estate means something to you, it means a lot to me. And if you think Cabarrus County and North Carolina matter, then join up with me and let's do bigger things together. Now that I can do the official auction chant.
