A speaker tells the National Association's members they're hurting the group by staying silent. Skip the internet venting. Show up in person, volunteer, and actually engage with the organization if you want to make a difference.

The National Association is trying to keep its head above water right now. How did we get behind the 8-ball? Too many people self-censored. Don't self-censor. You gotta say what you believe and say what you think. Now listen, this also means that you don't get to get on the internet and start hollering into the void. I want you to show up at the association. You just heard me say, I want you volunteering and showing up. Get in the game, y'all. You don't win a game from the internet. You win a game being on the field.
