Now, the other question I'm getting on auctions that I find to be pretty fun is, well, what happens if it doesn't sell? Well, what you should know is this: when you call Leigh Thomas Brown, your favorite realtor, to be your new favorite auctioneer too, I want this house to look good after we get it emptied out so that we can get it sold, whether it's at auction or in traditional sale. So what we're going to do is determine if we're going to donate or sell at bulk and how we're going to handle these items. With most of my auction clients, what we do is we get a bid at the end for all the unsold items. And what we'll do then is call some of our friends who have booths at the local antique malls and say, hey, would you like to buy all the unsold items? Because we will sell it as one lot and we'll collect some bids, let the seller decide. Now, in the event that nobody wants it, we'll then talk about donating it.
