Know who you are, know what you do, know how important you are, and then don't be afraid to stand up for yourself. When you know those things, it's easy to put your shoulders back and get your business plan moving forward because at the end of your business plan, at the end of every successful transaction that you do, every successful client that you touch is a life. It's the one thing I think we forget in our very divided world Even when we're irritated with somebody, they're a human being. Something went on in their world. So we could know our strengths and we can show our kindness with our strength so that we can help create success for the person at the other end of it. That means your business plan is going to have some more successes this year. And I cannot wait for y'all to sign up for Kicktail when it comes back at the end of the year. I can't wait to see some of y'all in the coaching program. I wish all of you would, but you won't. And that's fine. I love you anyway. What I want you to know is this: real estate happens. You may as well be in the middle of it. Mortgages happen. You may as well be in the middle of it. Nonprofits need to serve their communities. Yours may as well be in the middle of it. So ask yourself this, all right? Most important thing I can tell you before you leave me today: if you give up and you stop working and you stop trying, the people that you love, who are they going to rely on. Without you, who fills the gap? You will realize that you're filling a gap that can only be filled by you. You are uniquely created for this time that you're in, and I wish you every success as you pick up the pieces of your business plan and drive it forward.
