I keep a notebook, I keep journals of all the phone calls that I make, and it'll be the date and the time, who I talked to, and what the subject was. I got books of them in my office, and they're full of notes, because one day if somebody ever wants to make me ride to Raleigh, I've got all my call logs and I can say, "We talked about this here, and here's the numbers." That will help you tremendously, and it doesn't have to be official, it doesn't have to be state paperwork or brokerage paperwork or an official signed form. You just gotta keep something jotted down, y'all. Also, it helps your memory when you write things down.
