I've always had a complete and utter fear of stages and microphones and public speaking. Never my strong suit. I became a speaker in the real estate space a little over a decade ago, frankly against my own will. Well, Alan knew that I was a top producer and that I would share my ideas. Well, I turned him down. Too afraid. He asked again. Nope, can't do a microphone. I started this about 2 years ago. You need new voices and new faces. I gotta tell y'all, it's my favorite project.
