Why Prospects Aren't Calling You Back

So speaking of not knowing what to say, I had a person who responded with, I have buyers I send searches to and I've been sending them for a while. I reach out, I text, email, and call. They never respond. Is there anything I can do to get them off the fence? All right, people only respond when they need you. So they might not need you, could be that you send them a fun meme. Now, stay out of all the politics, religion, and all that stuff if you don't have any idea who they are. There is plenty of funny stuff you could send people. I have a whole stockpile of them that are delightful, and I will send it out sometimes for fun. But I want you to remember something else about phones. In your phone— have y'all noticed how Apple messed with your phones? If you are Droid people, that's precious. I don't know how to talk to you. But in Apple world— I'm gonna cover up all my people talking to me here— you have this little button up in the corner now where some of your messages are going to unknown sender to transactions into promotions. So your messages might be going to one of their other folders and they might not be super iPhone savvy. So the next time you call them, you might leave the voicemail that says, hey, I sent you a really couple of good ideas, but it might be in your unknown sender's folder 'cause you and I haven't talked a lot. If you need anything, call me. So then you've alerted them that you're sending them helpful information, but you're not putting any pressure on 'em. It's, hey, just so you know, that can be a good way to get somebody to respond.
