How much pressure are you putting on yourself? Because pressure and judgment, those two things will absolutely activate your nervous system. They're the two main pieces that will actually create nervous system dysregulation in the body. So the ways that you are unconsciously putting a pressure cooker of stress, uh, and, and cortisol on your body just by saying you should be further along, just by saying you should know better, you should figure it out by now, you should have the answers. All of that is judgment. All of that is pressure. And that actually creates more contraction in the body, lack of clarity. And then you're operating from a completely different part of your brain. But the more that you can actually say, hey, you're all right, I'm so proud of you for being brave, for doing those things, and you're right on time, there's no rush, it's all going to work. And you think about it, even the way that that is when I, when I teach this to my clients, I say, imagine the inner narrative as a separate person outside of you and imagine you saying, I have these big dreams, I wanna make this money, or I wanna, I have this big, I wanna do this huge initiative, or I, I wanna start this, this brand, or I wanna launch this product, or I wanna do something new. And this person's saying to you, you're gonna fail, you're gonna mess up, you're gonna fall down. Who's even gonna buy from you? You should be further along. You should be smarter. You don't know enough. What is that gonna do to you when you receive it?
