3 TRICKS REDUCE Inflammation & NEVER GET SICK! | Wim Hof & Lewis Howes

Wim Hof and Lewis Howes discuss breathing exercises, cold therapy, and stress management to reduce inflammation. Hof demonstrates techniques that claim to give you control over your nervous system and immune response through deliberate practice.
Chapters
It's about how to deal with stress on your body just by using your mind.
Lewis Howes.
That's the way. Yeah, it's fun too.
We have an ability to tap into the deepest part of the brain and solve all the matters related to mental disorders and having no control.
If you want to become superhuman then.
Make sure to follow these three steps.
To becoming immune to illness from super athlete Wim Hof. So when we create stress on the body, how does that help us kill inflammation or disease or sickness?
Sickness, how by going from your consciousness, you will, we thought of will is somewhere there. It's not over there, it's right over here and it's a muscle. You are able to go with that will power is the center in the brain, prefrontal cortex. Going into the brain stem. The brain stem is about survival. But because we live every day in a very controlled environment like the world where we live in with the heat, the cold, sedentary lifestyles, going into the car, we got it all controlled by our thinking. Not by our feeling anymore. Not nature is coming to us anymore. Thus the deeper parts, the old brain, the reptilian brain, the brain stem and the limbic system, the mammalian brain, the animal is not being lived anymore. We are not living like zebras and giraffes and know the danger and flee and fight and food and It's all day, the food is there, the supermarket, you don't need to find it. You don't need to flee, fight, but the dangers are still there. And when the dangers come like inflammation, causing inflammation, then we don't know how to tap into those deeper parts of the brain because we were thinking all the time. Thus, 25% of our blood flow goes into this thinking brain. and the rest is like on standby.
Do you think it's possible to survive? Yeah, do you think it's possible for someone to, if they're getting a cold or a flu like symptoms, to without breathing techniques or without cold therapy, can they just use their mind to change that flu like sickness? Is that possible? Or do they need breathing and cold?
No, no, they don't need it. We are different than zebras and giraffes. That is true. And that is because we are a part of us as animal, but here comes in the human consciousness, the human power of the mind. And the seed of that is our brain. And our brain we have learned only to go into the surface, the thinking, thinking, thinking and controlling the world around us. With that we have no a way of accessing into these neurological pathways into the depth of our brain. We didn't exercise that. For that the cold is great. For that the breathing is great. But once you have done that, then suddenly these neurological pathways are existent.
And you know what?
This is what I did in Michigan. Showed as the first one in the world in brain scans how to get cold water a stresser on the body and make it go away just in my skin temperature did not go down just by using the mind.
Really?
And that could be a circus act or whatever, you know? It's not that matter. It's about how to deal with stress on your body just by using your mind and stress on your body could be caused by biological stress, physical stress, emotional stress, any stress, but in the end, it is cell biological stress. And we have a possible connection between our will and the part of our brain which is dealing internally just through the mind, using the mind with stress, with the result of stress.
When you're about to enter into 30 or 40 degrees ice cold water, and what is the thing that you think of 30 seconds before? Obviously you're doing your breathing techniques and other stuff, but what's the thing you think about when you're getting in and then sitting in there so that your temperature does not change or maybe it changes a little bit but not drastically?
No, you know, if you stay for two hours in and the core body temperature, the core is not changing and even in New York I was with Dr. Ken Kamler and after one hour of 15 minutes in the, in the, in the, up till here with the ice. My core body temperature went down to a point where normally physically or physiologically and by medics are stated, this is, here we have no power over our core body temperature anymore. It goes spirally down from here and you're going to die.
Great, hypothermia or?
Hypothermia, getting into coma. Body parts shut down and then you die. We have no way to get down. And I was dangerously past this level.
You were there?
And then, yes, I was there. I was at Regis and Kelly.
Wow.
And.
One of the Serena Williams was there who just won the US Open. And she was there. And I was looking there. So I was not busy with my controlling my body. I went dangerously down. And then, well, normally you cannot go up anymore. I just used my mind and...
So what are you thinking in that moment?
And now comes 30 seconds before I go in, I just say, Shut up, shut up, go in, feel, be, connect. And this connection they saw now is the connection with the periaqueductal gray hemisphere. And what they say, We now have the compelling evidence of the key components of the autonomous processes in the brain related to mood regulation. Where normally we get into depression or anxiety and fear, trauma, PTSD, psychosis, all those things, it's because we don't have a hold on those key components of those autonomous processes. Autonomous is outside of the will. Now it's inside of the will, shown in the brain scan. and that to regulate your mood or the emotion itself. This is what they said. And the professors, you can look it up, and it has all been published, by the way. And I'm waiting for the next study on people with bipolar status, because I think it takes four days to get people out of their bipolar state of mind and get them back into the sense of control and have balance within themselves. the way nature wanted it to be. Because being bipolar in nature, the mammal, it would not survive. It's bipolar. There comes life. Yeah, fuck you, I'm gonna eat you. You look like a steak. So, gone. So we are equipped after millions of years how to deal with all those states of mind to become the best in the moment again. and regulator. But we lost it through the thinking brain too much. We have indulged too much into the thinking brain. So when we get this now back, then we are able, and there's the importance of your work, my work, to bring people to the awareness that they are in control over their beautiful emotions through their beautiful mind. But right now, I do A lot conscious breathing.
Conscious breathing is during the day. Because now I know it's learning to control the alkalinity, the pH level within the body. It's good for that. And if you really have nasty matters, issues in the tissues, then you are able to like depression, anxiety, then you are able to tap in and you.
Know that this one works.
Right.
And it works. We are doing neurological brain research very soon and it's because they see this works.
If someone's feeling overwhelmed and stressed on a day-to-day basis and they can never feel to get rid of the stress, they try to meditate, they try to get massages, they try to do all these other things. But they don't try to breathe. What is something they could do if they have a minute throughout the day?
A minute?
A minute or two? You know, a minute or two.
Four minutes.
Four minutes.
Okay, four minutes. I got a great exercise.
They're overwhelmed. They're stressed.
They're freaked out. Well, later I'm gonna do this with you.
Okay.
Four minutes.
Perfect.
Should I say it right now?
Sure.
Or we do it and then we talk about it. We could do that. It's not so difficult.
Okay, I talked about it.
I just make you do relax. You know, you're not relaxed because you're full of stress. But anyway, I say, just loosen up the body a little. Stand. Just mind your body for now. Just four minutes. So shut up there. Just be and feel who you are. you feel your feet on the ground, your arms, and that's it. Now breathing.
And let go.
Should we stand up and do. Is it standing or is it sitting?
Shall we do this?
Let's stand up right here and keep the mics on.
Yeah.
Okay. You do that.
That work.
And you should be able to do push-ups okay, cool.
We can do it, too. Yeah, we can make it work.
Okay.
Okay.
What we do right now is. to make a physiological reset of the nervous system and the shape of the body is becoming better. And it is no effort. It feels like, hey, I can go on. What's happening? That's chemistry.
Okay.
Going into the deepest of body and learning how to control stress hormones. So if we are too stressed, we got to go to the mechanism who is producing the stress and we have no control. With this one, you reset the stress hormone mechanism, the brain stem, within four minutes. And afterwards you feel good because the connection is there and I'm not saying feeling is understanding. Okay, there you go.
So standing. That's Sara's gonna test it as well.
Yeah.
You might need to open the door and have space out there for you, sir.
If you. If you.
Unless you can.
Are you able to do push-ups over there?
I'll make it work. Okay, we'll move the camera. I'll make it work.
Yeah.
You should be able to do.
Yeah, I'll be good to do that.
Yeah.
I'll be fine.
Here.
Oh, yeah.
Do I need to stand here for the camera?
Okay, time around.
She's got it.
Yep. Is it on? Okay, I say now. Breathe in.
Let go.
Breathe in. 28. Get them in again. Just go with the flow. No minding, just go. You feel what you feel as you're breathing. We are ox-energizing the body right now. It's getting into all the cells. Not only the carbon dioxide is going down, oxygen is getting in. Body becomes alkaline. What do you need to perform? You need alkalinity. Because of the oxigenation, alkalinity comes in. That's what you need to perform. Now, because you are so stressed, you are not connected to the brainstem. In the brainstem there is the directory of the hormonal system. We will consciously go into a physiological state of not having oxygen because we're going to do push-ups after exhalation that turns on the brainstem and resets whatever is causing the stress, the hormonal system, the stress hormone adrenaline, epinephrine, cortisol, and it is controlled. It resets it. Okay, yeah, and you get a good figure out of it. You got already a good figure? Okay, no minding about that.
Go on. 15. 14.
Let it go. Go into it.
13.
Get your mind on. You know what the mind is able to do. Just get your mind on. into the cell. I do my best, best will come about. And it's no competition, it's just going into the depth of the body and the brain.
Eleven, ten.
Nine, take a man. Come on, Lewis. and how? Lewis house. That's the way. Yeah, it's fun, too. Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One. Here comes the last one. Pull it.
Let it go.
Stop.
Push off. Just go.
Looking good.
No air in the lungs. Mind is resetting. The hormonal system is resetting. There is no doubt. Amazing.
Good.
Good.
And relax.
This is the way to get into the depth of the brain, the directory of stress hormones and all cells.
Wow. Yeah, man.
It's the adrenal axis. completely under control. Four minutes. How much did it take?
What?
Now, at the total with the breathing. Oh, less than four minutes. So anybody can do this. Gets a good figure, resets the nervous system. There were good push-ups by the way.
Yeah.
All the way. Just again.
Yeah, yeah, I saw them.
I have a. I broke my wrist playing football, so I have to do one on the fist, but wow, yeah, I did 35. And I can usually maybe do like, I don't know, 20, you know, without having to take a break.
And wow, yeah, yeah, amazing.
It's good, you know, we talked about stress, uncontrolled stress, for people who are living in stress. And for them, this is excellent because it trains the body and it trains the brain to become consciously under your at will, under your control.
Yeah, because if you're stressed out and you do this for four minutes, I mean, I've got a sweat, I've released any tension, you can't think about anything else.
That's it.
You have to focus on beating your record or trying to do as many as you can.
Yes.
And yeah, I wanted to see why you'd be stressed afterwards, or at least you would be able to release a lot.
You test it out, you will probably meet, you know, many people who are stressed and you know famous or a lot of responsibility, pressure and all that creating a... and just do the four minutes?
Yeah.
So you see the miracle of life happening in front of you.
So you're breathing for four minutes or do you breathe for three and a half and then do... No, it's like.
Two minutes, two and a half minutes.
Okay, cool.
And then you do that.
Crazy. And then two minutes of breathing and then go in the push-ups.
And you get a nice figure out of it.
There you go.
And your stress hormone is directly under your control. That's the way nature meant it to be, by the way. But we alienated from nature, so we don't know. And then it runs into loops and we don't know how to break through. There's one breakthrough.
Amazing. How many can you deal from that?
I don't know.
You never get stressed. You don't have to do it.
I do a lot. When I want, regularly I do 50, but I did 100 as well.
100, no breath.
No breath.
Amazing.
The body is amazing, the chemistry is amazing, and what we are able, capable of doing is amazing. Just do it.
Wow, incredible, incredible. Why did you get into this and how did you get into this type of research and just testing for yourself in the first place.
You know, every person has got his.
Own.
His own search to do. When I did my search, I felt there is more. I don't know what, there's more. But that creates a drive. Even though you do not know, it creates a drive to get to know. You become a soul searcher. and then you come and stumble upon things. I visited many religions, traditions, cultures, etc. languages, disciplines, esoteric disciplines, philosophies, etc. But they never were really capable of making that connection which originated from that drive. There is more, I don't know what it is, but there is more. until I met the cold water. The cold water made me is merciless but righteous. It brings you direct in contact with a deeper part of your own physiology, the way nature meant it to be. And then I knew from the inside, this is it. I don't know why, but this is it. It feels. Feeling good is being connected.
So the other day I came back.
And I fell to sleep. And from there I began to do it all winter long. I mean, winter here is no winter to me. To me, it's freezing temperatures, you know, frozen Waters and making an hole, bang, bang, bang and getting in. And it's sort of mystical, right? And there I learned. that if you breathe deeper in the water, you are able to do so much more. You know, the impact of the water, which is called is power, it's force. And you learn to breathe. Then you learn that by deeper breathing, you learn to tune, you are able suddenly to stay in the water for so much more. Only 25 of these breaths, which you were doing right now, I was doing in the water. And then I could stay for five, six, seven minutes under the ice.
You're breathing in the water.
In the water, yes.
Deep breaths in the water.
You know, oxygen you need for combustion. Combustion is energy. So you learn to breathe deeper. and then the body's chemistry is becoming stronger, alkaline, and then it adapts to the situation, not only in the cold, also in the heat, also in Mount Everest, also in any stressful situation.
So if we breathe that way, like we just did or like what I did on the couch, we should be able to feel fine in extreme heat or extreme cold or extreme stressful situations.
Yes.
It's all stress.
Yeah.
And if we just regulate the chemistry inside, then it's able to adapt to the impact. And impact can be caused by, yes, heat, but also by grief or somebody has a gun on your head. That's stress.
Absolutely.
Yeah. and war.
Sexual abuse.
Sexual abuse. Any stress relates itself to chemistry, relates itself to force. Are we able to counteract on that? Yes. We have a power to adapt to the situation and we can do that consciously. And how? Just do this because it has been shown that it works. Now, you wanted to get into the deepest, best podcast ever. That's what I want too. So let's get to the bottom of things.
Okay.
And get into a new insight.
Let's do it.
How?
I don't know.
But we adapt now. And you have done the breathing up till now. and now I want to demystify, say, the limits of the brain, of the perception, and how it's all here. So I want to feel it. I want to see it.
Yeah.
I'm into this brain research, and I want also to show that it affects expanding consciousness, expanding consciousness is associating. and connecting tubes within the brain becoming more, changing your perception. What is consciousness? It's perception. But if you learn more, your perception becomes wider. That's expanding consciousness. It relates into the brain that the neurology is connecting more. But if you are sick or too stressful or too conditioned, then it's not able to connect more, thus you don't feel spirituality, you know? It becomes dull because it begins to be a loop. How many times do you need to see from a loop not to become dull, you know? It's logic sense. So we have this capacity to get into the brain and to connect consciously, the all these channels, the neurology, ganglia cells and whatever they called, but they connect and that spirituality and that spirituality should be de-abstracted and become a way of life for everybody accessible. We are going to show this. So I'm here once again to spread my mission. but also to learn of you, because I use your insights as well. Right now, right here, your way of thinking and being, whatever you... I'm sharing, but you are sharing too.
Right.
So, and we share this with everybody. And very soon we will show that spirituality is deabstracted, it is a great feeling, of, of, of, of channeling inside and it, it's growing. Nothing will become ever dull anymore.
And didn't you have a, didn't you have an experience later in your life with the, where someone died in your life and you came back?
Oh, yes. That's that.
My wife in, when I was 35 with whom I had four children and still have. And I work with them. You saw just two of them.
They're great.
She jumped from an age story down because of mental disorder.
Really?
So severe.
I mean, like here.
Just kissing the kids goodbye first. love was there, but the terror was also there. And she decided to jump and go. That can be life. That can be terror of life, in life. And a lot of people are suffering in this world. I at that moment was earning very little, having four children. I was in the mountains at that present moment. Because making money through mountaineering and being a mountain guide and all, my kids were with the family in Spain, Basque country, and she did that. And that had, of course, such a great impact. It broke not only my heart, I was just shocked. You're shocked. You cannot think about it. You don't know what happened. But you have four children. so you take care of the children and you go on. But deeply you are broken. Now there I began very consciously going into the cold water because at that moment from there on I had to deal with my own terror in my mind, my own worries, my own broken heart and it all influences your thinking brain every day. Every day. The cold makes your mind still.
Yeah.
You cannot picnic. You cannot think about your words or about your mortgage or anything. You just can't breathe.
You have to focus.
Yeah.
And so you are surviving. And surviving is the same part as the emotion, the Deep emotion. So that was the only way to still. the influence, the emotion, creating all these bubbles in my head of the. And that's so my children made me survive. The cold healed me. And now.
How long did it take until you.
Started to feel better?
Oh, that took, I don't know, five to 10 years. Really?
To heal the process, yeah.
To get it consciously through my mind. I think it took me like a month to get a hold of this anxiety inside, something like that. And then from there on, I just kept on doing it, of course. And I loved it as I did it before, but now it had its absolute therapeutic power.
Had a purpose too, yeah.
Now look at this. Louis. Now we are, it's happened in 1995, it's 2018. It's like 23 years ago and now I'm a dropout from school, but now I'm teaching the professors and the doctors in all the world that we have an ability to tap into the deepest part of the brain and solve all the matters related to mental disorders and having no control. And there is no pill, no medicine involved. It's your own awareness, your own power. And then you get into the cold and the breathing and we skip the breathing and the cold at a certain moment. We get in our innate control by our mind the way the establishment doesn't like it, but the way we should.
Have.
To confront ourselves with any stressor happening in the world to take care of our beloveds.
Yeah, well, the establishment doesn't like it because it's not making them money if you sell a lot of it.
That is the disease. That is the big disease, the withholding. And I think making money, very nice.
Great!
But I don't want pills, I don't want medicine, I want happiness, strength and health. If you are happy, how much money do you need? You see? How much cars do you need? How much of this? If you are happy, you are happy. So if you are able to regulate your own mood and we found the compelling evidence of the key components of the autonomous processes in the brain related to emotion itself. I want it out there. I want professors and doctors to prove me wrong, guys, because we got it approved already in the science. But now we are with the establishment. So the establishment is there. It's very nice. You can make bridges and big buildings and. And all that and shoot people to the moon. Let's begin and start guaranteeing happiness, strength and health. because it's there.
Boom. Yeah. There.
Your work and my work Collide positively.
Absolutely, man. It's amazing. Where do you feel the most loved in your life?
I just loved your wall.
Yeah. Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love.
I think you're a very lovable person.
You're a big bear.
I get to meet people like you. And that's amazing. And that's very lovable, but also very.
Powerful, because in the end, love is the greatest power in the universe.
If you are in love with somebody, then you fly. There is no thinking anymore. You just, yeah, nobody can stop you.
Fly.
So that love is the biggest one. And that love you got, not only for your woman, you got it also for your children. you got it for. And we should have it for nature. But because then you don't need even need to respect. You love it. You're not gonna damage it.
Yeah.
You see? And we lost that because we lost the connection. We are wrongly schooled in the air from the beginning of. And so the school, like the school of greatness, it starts in the primary, in a primary school. primordial, primary, the primal. Let's not have them just being taught in history, language and mathematics.
Teach them love.
Teach them love composed by scientific endorsed reality wherein they are able to tap into the immune system, endocrine system to guarantee happiness, strength, health, happiness is endorphins and dopamine and all that. The health is the control over the tapping into the immune system in all the levels. We have shown, we have shown, we have shown, and the strength is the adrenaline at your service, like the adrenal axis in your conscious will, that it is all there. And with that comes the rest too. We should not be individualized through schooling to become a tough motherfucker hitting with the elbows to the others because you gotta compete and you become strong. That's not strength, that is aggression. Strength is where we help each other to become the best of ourselves.
That's true.
And it's all there now.
That's true.
We start up here with a basic breathing exercise. We also practice in the university with test subjects, people, and they show to have a control within a quarter of an hour over the immune system related to the autonomic nervous system. Of course it also works on the energy management in the cell, cell energy management. So it's learning how to get more mitochondrial activity in the cell, which in the end is performance. And you learn to control that. How? By doing this. Before a game, a match, competition or anything, you do this. you regain connection up till cell level and then your mind is able to program cell. It's called NLP etc. But we go way beyond. We show it beyond speculation because it is proven. So right now you are going to do no less.
Right.
Okay, breathe in. Take them on. You've been relaxed here. That means the storage capacity of the body for oxygen is best right now. Now breathe in fully. Letting go. Yes, breathe in fully. Then letting go. And breathing fully, letting go. So belly, chest, even with the hat you can breathe in. The brain contains also oxygen, so feel that it streams into your belly, into your chest, into your hat, and then you let it go. like a wave. And let it go. Letting go. Okay, feeling it in, letting go. Feel it coming in. Fully letting go. And at ease, tune in. Whatever you feel different now, you become lightheaded, loose in the body, tingling, anything can happen, that's only oxygen freeing itself in the depth of the body. You just breathe toward those feelings, being lightheaded, loose, tingling. And so we make that stronger. Thus we are D-acidifying the body in the tissue that makes you oxen energize all cells in the body. And then they become what alkaline? Oh, within 10 minutes and the storage capacity. for oxygen in the body is more than we thought. You're going to experience that. Makes you able to stay without air in the lungs in two minutes. Just keep on deeply in letting go for more than, I say, first round. You Sportsman. One half minute, two minutes. First round without air in the lungs. Second round more. Third round even more. What's happening? We are just showing that the storage capacity for oxygen and the way we are able to influence therein is bigger than we ever used. Okay, you got it in. We get a countdown now from 20. Deeply in. I let it go. And deeply in. Let it go. 18. Let it go. Deeply in. Let it go. 16. Deeply in. Let it go. 40. Deeply in. Let it go. 12. All in. Let it go. Whatever you feel lightheaded about, loosen the body tingling, breathe toward that. Intensify that. It's all controlled. Yes. Deeply in. Seven. Get 'em on. Don't hold back. Just go with the flow. It's chemistry and you are dealing with that consciously. Five.
Four.
Three, good. Two, one. Here he comes. Fully in. Letting go. And stop. No breathing anymore. Relax, witness. Your body is oxen energized, you are very able to go past the conditioned reflexes. The chemistry of your body actually is better than before. There is no need for breathing because it all is based on acidity breathing. you are alkali. No forcing, just being. Looking at the magic of physiology. Witnessing, just go with whatever you feel. is different, that is oxygen. One minute five without air in the lungs is good. Good Lewis, no force. You're just measuring your storage capacity. It's okay. On 25. One and a half fast, still without air in the lungs. And he is okay, no force. Whenever you, okay, and now fully in and hold and squeeze a little to the head, because it's nice. That's oxygen in the brain. Feels good! Natural hormones released, dopamine, serotonin, it's all good. 10 seconds, okay, you can let go. You have 140 first round. Now you know what it is all about. Fooling, letting go. You are the alchemist. You are doing it right now. Don't hold back, just go into the depth. Tune with your body. Follow your feelings. Okay, 20, 19. Don't hold back, go with the flow. He's doing good. He's surfing on the waves of his brain. Brain waves. It has been shown that we are in the brain right now, like Gamma, Theta, Delta. It's all there. He's deeply into his brain now and into every cell of the body, into the DNA, regulating the chemistry.

Launching.
We did it with NASA equipment. by the way, the brainwaves. So we are launching now not to the moon, but inside into the infinite cell. The infinity of the cell. We are going past the conditioning, very related to conditioned breathing. Now we go past. Amen. Okay, last one. Fully in and letting go. Just let it go and stop. Relax. Your mind is with whatever you feel. These tones in the brain, the feeling in your hands, feet, body, it's all oxygen. It has been toned up, I can see it. It will be able to stay like three minutes without air in the lungs. Body is very alkaline right now. You could test that with the pH strips, papers, before and after. See big difference. Not small difference. difference, big difference, from yellow to blue. Anybody can do it. Just be there in the flow of the oxygen roaming through your body. Making the cell alkaline. And the tissue as well. People do this before a match, they become alkaline. What do you need with performance? Being alkaline, not acidic.
Yeah.
It is simple and it is effective. And then it is your mind. Your mind is programming the cell. First we bring about the right chemistry in the cell and then we program it. How? With our mind. It has been shown in the university without moving, so motionless, to create more, 300% more cell activity, metabolic activity, just a mind. That's programming. We can do a whole lot more. It's doing well, go with the flow. Relax. 40 past. 45. 40 to. It's past three minutes. It's gonna be there soon. This could be a breakthrough for any person, you know, actors with a lot of stress in Hollywood. If they do this, they're gonna fly. You pass the three-six, full in and squeeze to the hat. Have a nice time. As long as you feel okay and let it go. Or as you feel. Purpose of this is to bring the body in a very alkaline state. which is the right chemistry up till the tissue. That's the deepest of the physiology. Until recently it was not known that this was possible. Now they saw it in university studies. We got it. This is just one basic technique. We are doing investigations on more of these techniques. With this one you got it. It's cool. Relax. We have proven the point already. six seconds. Three minutes, six seconds. If we would go on now, probably four or 3:30, 3:45, maybe four minutes. Even in performance it's much, but in experience it's even better. he likes to go on. It's nice to fly, man.
Unbelievable. Holy cow.
Yes, sir. That's a holy cow. All right. Right on, man. Amazing. Yeah, yeah. So good. Yeah. This is one of the basic techniques.
Oh, that's just basic.
Yes.
I can only imagine what the advanced is.
Holy cow.
Wow.
That was three minutes.
Yeah, passed. Really? Yeah, yeah. 3.6.
Oh my gosh. That's a long time for me.
Yeah, that's good. That's my presence, man. My magical presence. Wow. I just don't let the mind interfere so it's not blocking.
It didn't feel it felt a lot quicker. Like there was, wow, I'm still like, yeah, heightened sense of my voice seems really loud. It's like everything is like crazy. Well, at first I was like, man, it feels like it was hard to hold and then I kind of went state of peace and like zen. But I was like, oh, maybe it's only like a minute. Then you said like two minutes. I was like, really? I was like, man, it's going by faster.
Yeah. And I thought time perception is being left in the brain.
I was like, I thought he just said like a few words, but it was like a minute went by.
Yeah.
Crazy.
Yeah.
Life is crazy, man. I'm crazy about life.
Wow, the first one was like.
Really.
Stressful in the body. I felt myself sweating, like everywhere.
Yeah.
And the third one, it was like I wasn't sweating as much. It just felt like it was easier and easier. I could push harder and harder and relax deeper and deeper. I think that first cycle, my whole body is like rejecting it or something. And so it's starting to sweat everywhere.
Yeah, blockages.
Yeah, it's like rejecting it. And then I felt much cooler the second two times through. We did three times, right?
Yeah.
Three times.
Yeah.
And then the last one, when I.
Eat, 140, 220 and 306.
And the last time, did you say squeeze your hands? Is that what you're saying? Squeeze?
Yeah. Squeeze the hat.
Squeeze the head.
Yeah.
So I was squeezing.
You get oxygen in the head.
It's funny the last time I saw like an image.
Yeah, nice.
I saw an image in my mind.
That's DMT. Yeah, it was like Diamond Tree to Mind. Not true.
Yeah, it was originally like like a tree branch. It was like a tree like spreading out like it was like a bunch of like I can't explain the type of tree.
But it was nice, eh?
And then it turned into a an eye.
Wow.
Like, almost like an eagle eye.
Man, he is tripping.
And then it turned into, like, a Phoenix, like, flying.
Wow.
It was like, it was opening, like, screaming, and it was like, it's turned into, like, a Phoenix.
It was unbelievable.
And I was like, is this supposed to happen or what?
It's amazing.
Yeah.
Whatever is in your mind.
Yeah.
You go into the dream state. You know, the dream state is the deepest.
Yeah.
And there are a rapid eye movement level state. Yeah. That's in your deepest of sleep and you have no control. Now you control it. You learn to tap in. Yeah. And the, the functionality of it is to release whatever is inside. Wow. Blocking. Wow. And that's DMT4 and the of the brain and we now found the access into it.
Amazing.
And that's what you experience.
So because of this podcast, we can.
Bring this to everybody.
The world. Oh my gosh.
Feeling is understanding.
