This is a YouTube video titled "Being Betrayed by Other Leaders at Whole Foods | John Mackey" containing a monologue or narrative by John Mackey recounting a personal story about a confrontation with a Store Team Leader named Chris, reflecting on a difficult moment in their relationship and leadership dynamics. The content is a single-speaker narrative without interaction from others.

We go back into the Store Team Leader's office and I say, Chris, you and I have been close friends for 16 years. It's not too late. We can stop this nonsense right now. If you're willing to, we can go back to the way it was and we'll just let this be in the past. And he said, It's time for you to go, John. You've had a good run here. -Wow. -He said, you, could go out with honor or you're going to get thrown out on your ass. -Oh, my goodness.
